Returns & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Cancellation Policy:

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. You can drop an email to orders@bajofoods.com, we will cancel the order in case the reason seems genuine and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good/s. After ordering for the good/s, and upto the time of delivery, the customer can cancel the order online.


Refund Policy:
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services within 7 days from the day order is delivered and request a refund from us. During certain times, Bajo Foods has the liberty to increase the return period to 15 days. Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account with in 5-7 Business Days.
