Thanks for purchasing our products at Protein Chef.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, you can cancel the orders by emailing to orders@bajofoods.com or rejecting the order at the time of delivery. Once the order is delivered, it can't be returned.

If our products arrive damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiry date.
