High Protein Papdi Chaat
Turn this all-time favorite street food into a protein-rich treat bursting with mouth-watering flavors! It’ll be the hero among all the snacks at your party, we promise!
- Papdis (store-bought or homemade)
- Protein Chef’s High Protein South Indian Mixture
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Tamarind chutney
- Mint chutney
- Chaat masala
- Roasted cumin powder
- Red chili powder
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
Arrange papdis on a serving plate.In a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potatoes with boiled chickpeas. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Spoon this mixture onto each papdi.Drizzle plain yogurt over the papdis.
Add tamarind chutney and mint chutney according to your taste. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder on top. Add loads of High Protein South Indian Mixture. Top it with pomegranate seeds if using.
